A couple of years ago I had a conversation with Paul who owns
the Blue Moose Cafe in Vermont. He suggested I draw a fern
with fiddleheads. Iwas skeptical until I walked out of my studio
and noticed ferns growing in the yard and all over our
property. They grow effortlessly and abundantly. They are a
lovely pattern. Thank you Paul for the suggestion!
